Meet the Pones is Southern Belle AJ's little cousin. It's how I get out all the black humor that would be out of place in SBAJ, and although it's crude and irreverent it comes from the greatest love of My Little Pony.

But I know about the IDW comics and they seem good indeed! I'll look for them soon. I heard that Amy Mebberson is the one who draws the comics. She's also working on the Tails of Equestria RPG.

They have a lot of very talented artists onboard, I can recommend any comics drawn by Andy Price (and written by Katie Cook) and check out Jay Fosgitt's stuff, they draw some of the cutest ponies known to man. All of the above have influenced my style to some degree, I can also recommend Dash Academy by Horserus Sorcerus for an amazing fan comic.
