I like the entire cube collection, but i think there are still some cubes missing.
Smash Cube (from Super Smash Bros.)
Morph Cube (Morph Ball-like ..., Metroid series)
Pow Cube (Mario Bros. Arcade, Mario Bros. 2)
Tetris Cube (a different block image and color for each side)
Half-Life Cube (I think the HL logo would look good on a cube)
Cake Cube (That way, it won't be a lie 
There are many other cube possibilities, but none come to mind at the moment.

also I think your thinking of the screw attack for metroid, the morph ball didn't have a symbol

my biggest problem was keeping the corners perfectly align, when I made this I stated with one corner and one middle edge thing and copied it over and over

Ahh I see. I just took a cube, did some extruding and a looot of booleans XD My corner pieces are bigger than the inside edge pieces, but I like how it turned out. It's sort of nice to have a unique companion cube
