I could use a good whine myself. I've been on diphenhydramine this week to try to forcibly wrench my sleep schedule back into a good place, but it's really hit and miss. And I've hurt my back a couple times lately, and when you can't sleep, you can't heal (and when you can't heal, you can't work, so I'm whiny and in a mild state of panic right now.)

That hasn't been as much of a problem lately, actually (thank goodness). I'm surprised you remembered about it.
No, the problem I'm having right now is basically my entire body hurts all the time and I feel weak and tired even when I do get enough sleep. When I don't get enough sleep it's worse, but my weird sleep cycle makes getting enough sleep impossible some days.
Man, I feel like I'm whining, I'm sorry if I sound like it.

I don't know what it is really. Whatever it is I've had it for a while now and it's really terrible recently. My sister thought I might have fibromyalgia.
