Bleh...couldn't think of a nice title for this one...grr.This is an entry to *mizzd-stock 's "All the Colors" contest. Hopefully it's obvious that my main color is blue. I love blue..my favorite is cobalt blue. I always think of water when I think of blue so knew I wanted my image in the water....and mermaids are always a challenge for me so why not have 3?
There are a few more days left to enter so get yours in soon! 
I am still suffering from lack of inspiration...hence my multiple contest entries lately. Seems I need someone to point me in a direction to get something creative done. hehe

I feel blue... dabadidabadei. That is the text of a song and I had to think of it when seeing this piece, though the only thing in common would be the colour blue. Blue is a serene colour and fits perfectly to this piece, not only because of the water. It makes one feel calm and that is a basic element of this piece. I love that...

The blue hues are lovely, and what a unique concept β two mer-children playing with their mom, itβs a great idea. I love the body language, the way one mer-child holds onto its motherβs arm while the other one reaches out to touch her hand, thereβs a lot of gentleness there. It's a serene, charming image.

Yeah...I drove myself nuts on her (your) face...part of the issue is the light rays coming into the cavern area were messing with me trying to make it a bit clearer. I think I will work on that now since the server's are being evil and not updating galleries atm.

ONly small critic I can make is that you should make the 'mom's face more visible...its the only thing though it does retract abit from the whole :/
if you kept the psd file it should be easy to erase
