Ah, I'd missed her rigger deck.

Biosam/face could work.

It's easy, just a photoshop hackjob. All you need is a good library of stock and some experience with photoshop. And, naturally, Photoshop.

Was it because of your computer? If that is so, then get a new one. If you have the money of course.

If it was because you are just donΒ΄t have the skill? Well that is why you need to keep doing photoshop. The only way to get good, is to keep creating.

A number of instructors I've had started teaching me going, "Anyone can learn to do art."

After they met me, and worked with me, they stated that they would never, ever say that again.

I. Β Cannot. Β Do. Β It.

Period. Β Dot.

Everyone can do art. But not everyone can do it good art.

Also, it also depends on how much you want it.
What are you doing right now to be good at art?

Very nicely done! Love how you show how the character is kitted out.

One thing, some of those zipties holding the flashlight on are blocking the bolt on the Warrior-10. If that doesn't go back all the way, it can't chamber a round and will either only fire once, or never be able to accept the first round needed to start shooting.

DirkLoechel In reply to CanRay [2012-05-06 20:07:00 +0000 UTC]

Thanks for catching that. Never held one myself. That settles it, I'm putting the flashlight on some clip-on thingie ... looks a bit low-ressource as is anyway, though I liked the look initially, now that I revisit it.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

CanRay In reply to DirkLoechel [2012-05-06 20:45:40 +0000 UTC]

Never held one either, but I know how the MAC-10 system works. That's what the Warrior-10 is obviously based off of.

Zipties work well enough, just have to have a longer flashlight, and move the ties back. The streets find ways to use things even if they don't look "High Resource".

Handy when you need to drop the piece because of the evidence trail.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

DirkLoechel In reply to CanRay [2012-05-06 20:56:05 +0000 UTC]

I always assumed they just rebranded the gun into "Warrior". It's even got the same number (whatever that means).

Thanks for the tips, much obliged. Longer flashlights are more durable anyway.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

CanRay In reply to DirkLoechel [2012-05-07 03:04:11 +0000 UTC]

Nah, the design is obsolete anyhow, and only was ever used by special forces (Some of whom still use it.). It was a limited use weapon in any way, shape, or form. It's a "Room Clearing" weapon, designed for a fast rate of fire at short range, with the option of a sound suppressor to protect the hearing of the shooter.

The number is model number, in this case, it's the 10th design MAC (Military Armament Corporation) put out.

ra84 In reply to CanRay [2012-05-07 11:03:46 +0000 UTC]

Thanks for the work, I guess we will do some more work on the weapon, maybe putting the flashlight 'on top' which would solve the zipties and the mac10 problem.

CanRay In reply to ra84 [2012-05-07 15:15:25 +0000 UTC]

Underneath is the usual placement of TacLights, but it's not my art.

Top works just as well, as a lot of MAC-10s still used have been modified to accept top-mounted accessories IRL.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

ra84 In reply to CanRay [2012-05-07 17:53:08 +0000 UTC]

Thought about using the top because with the gas vent 4 system on it the weapon gained some overall length and in an hasty situation he might want to touch the undergrip. Hrm, think i will go for the top thanks for the advice

CanRay In reply to ra84 [2012-05-07 20:06:39 +0000 UTC]

Probably could combine a Vertical Handgrip with a TacLight.

Actually, just scanning the Internet, I found a few.
