very nice I wonder how do you do this i cant evn draw my characters like that unless Im looking at someone

Thanks a lot! ^^ Don't worry about it! I was exactly the same way, but if you stick with it and keep practicing, it'll get easier and easier :]
If you'd like a tip, I would suggest working with construction lines as much as possible. It'll really help you develop consistancy much faster. That's probably what made the biggest difference for me, anyway. Here is a quick example: [link]
That's a modelsheet for one of the characters I'm designing in school. You can see that to the left, I have drawn the basic construction lines of his face. I used that framework for every face I did to the right of it.
If you can develop an under drawing like that for your characters' faces, you should just be able to draw it every time and then draw over it with all the details. You'll end up with pretty good consistancy that way because you're always working from the same shapes :] Same goes for bodies. Just break your character down to the basic shapes. Then you can even play with those shapes to help come up with stronger shapes and improve your designs. That's what I usually do :]
