Description
Speed Paint concept I did a while ago for the Villain of a Cyberpunk game I'm running. He's a terrorist known as Blue Eye, and he is systematically wiping out every criminal organization and Mega corp that stands in his way in a Keyser-Soze/Scarface-esque hostile takeover on a global scale, pitting company against company, nation against nation. To paraphrase; He has no boundaries, no rules. He doesn't flinch at torture, human trafficking, genocide or biological warfare. He's not loyal to a flag or a Corp or a set of ideals. He trades blood for money, and will poison the world and watch it choke to get what he wants.(what's funny about this guy is that he came about from a day that I ran a Cyberpunk tabletop game, and needed a villain to show my players. Not having one at the time I just used an early design sketch of another character of mine "Gremlin" and they were none the wiser. ...Then he became a reoccurring villain. Oops. Needing a for-reals character to show them, i kept the basics and re-did him. So I guess now he can be considered Gremlin's evil parallel universe twin or something. X3)
*Edit: I'll be moving this back into scraps soon, and uploading updates for it as soon as I get the chance.
Please do not use without my permission.
