FUUUCK! TOOK FOREVER! I hope you enjoy it. It's very basic and slightly sloppy, and I'm dyslexic so bear with me. this is probably for mor intermediate PS users. So If you can't figure this out please don't ask me, look for a tutorial on how to use the basics of photoshop.And this tutorial is a rough outline, you should take what you learn from this change it be creative and do your own thing. I made this tutorial a little more vague so people could get on their own feet with it. The other ones were like spoon feeding. This one makes you figure out how YOU can do it the easiest way to you. I hope it help!
****One extra tip, when shading or coloring don't use just 2 colors, like when shading rocks or clouds use many different colors and slowly go for darker and darker colors, instead of using the darkest color on low opacity, it will make it look flat. ****
