Yay! Forest Background!!!! I'm gonna use this background for one of my pics. I referenced from a scene I found on Google, and it helped a whole lot! So this is my first tutorial, is it good for my first???

Jay. Am trying this with my gouache. Thank you. It is popular Because of its simplicity. Basic painting knowledge tutorials is not often given this generous. Β eventhough it is photoshop,layering with gouache works the same way.

Oh, and in case you used Gimp, what brush did you use for the leaves?

if you use gouache try a stippler brush, if you don't have that try a cottonswap or a small flat just twist and turn. In photoshop you should be able to add selected brush shape
