So how are the Toon districts divided? Like do CGI characters have their own district, or is it divided by comapnies (ex. Nick, Disney, WB, CN, etc.), or some other division?

Hmmmm.....I'd say the districts are more split via national cultures, like how there's also a Franco-Belgian district as well. Anime Town works the same way as Chinatown would in the real world.
Not that I'm saying Chinese and Japanese cultures are the same, mind you.

Video game characters live in Cartoon Land too, and they have appeared in the comic before (example: [link] ) They pretty much live all over Cartoon Land, but maybe you'll see their own little district in the future....
