This was a fun commission ^^
The shading gave me some trouble at first but I think I'm kinda happy with it now, while I'm sure some parts came out less than perfectly. (drawing's kinda like faking sculpting like that XD; )
My only qualm really is that I would have liked to have made her face a tad cuter, but I like how she looks in the lineart so I dunno XD;
... Anyway yeah. Enjoy ^^

I can see why you feel this way, but there are ways it certainly could have been worse though.
Some ways you can improve on that is to use more than one shadow and one highlight. For example on the thigh, you could have a highlight towards the top, the normal shade then 2 or 3 progressively darker shades as you go towards the bottom of the thigh.
Just a thought if you are trying to think of ways that your shading could be better.

That's good input, if the shading seems flat in places I can just add extra levels.
But ei~ Job's done, and commissioner is happy and I'm decently happy with it. I'm gonna call that a success~

Oh, I understand if the customer is happy, then there is no reason to worry about fixing it. But you said you were only so-so with the shading, so I wanted to throw some helpful tips out there so you don't feel that way in the future.
