Any of you guys remember this picture? unorthodoxsocks.deviantart.com… . Well I decided to do a little revamp of their designs and I actually quite like how they turned out!

Clover the Clever: Clover's talent is the obtainment and distribution of wisdom so her cutie mark is a clover flower with ten petals, symbolizing knowledge. She is very humble and tries her best to see the absolute good in people, one reason why she had put up with Platinum for so long. She is very optimistic but not naive, and enjoys heated debates with her friends, she loves to have someone to argue with, as long as they can shake hooves afterwards.

Princess Platinum: After the first hearth's warming eve Platinum became a new pony, she took on her role as leader with a new spirit, became a skilled politician. She developed a much closer relationship with Clover, who never missed an opportunity to point out when she was getting too snobby again. Once she got past her old demeanor she found she played the political game very well and became the head mediator of all three tribes. Take out the whining and Platinum is a stoic and somewhat blunt character who says what she feels is necessary to get things done, she is kind but doesn't necessarily show it outwardly, but rather through small actions. Because of this she does not have too many friends but does keep a few people she loves close to her. Her talent is leadership, and having a special understanding of how politics work and how to manipulate the system, the platinum rose and thorns symbolize not only her stoic personality but also her subtle kindness to her subjects.
