So the other day I was browsing through ~FurtiveLungs gallery and I saw this photo of her and I knew I had to draw it.
It's actually funny that I have about 10 pieces that I've been wanting to do (at least half of which are WIPs since god knows when). But then i just see one picture and i go out of my way to draw it. One day I'll finish the other ones... but I guess sometimes it's better to just follow that artistic impulse and enthusiasm and draw whatever you want!

I really liked how this one turned out, especially how the soft skin tones accentuate and focus the attention towards the eyes. I've observed other artists going for that effect and i wanted to try it. I also do like the fact that she looks a bit like Romy Schneider.
