Hah.Title because... why not, eh?
It's Setra. Kind of a redraw of that crappy old picture from this March (happened to be Mother's Day, actually.... <_< )
Kind of. She's older in this one. Scars are much, much less fresh, should only be just visible. And blue/grey... since her skin is blue. Doubt scar tissue would be too alternate a colour. And, look! You can see one of her arm stumps this time. Meant to show that for a while....
All exhausted and stressed today. Why does that equal drawings like... well, like this?
I have no clue.
...God I hate having to scan things in two pieces. XD
(Oh, right... she's a brighter blue here, do you prefer her like this, or more purple, as in other deviations?)

For human/humanoid expressions, I understand that referencing your own facial expressions with a mirror is very helpful. c:

I have no clue.
I may have an answer to that. The image of a scared character represents your own emotional scars in some way. the sexual nature of the picture may also relate to getting someone's attention. That, or you are like me and had rather stick to the sexier side of things.
Then again, I don't know you. I can't say. Lovely drawing, in whatever secretive message it may conceal. <3

Looks quite cool! I like how you did the scars in that faded, just visible kind of way as it's quite a realistic approach to them. Awesome to finally one of her arm stumps in full, too, which also looks pretty nicely done.

Yes. Setra was born with four arms, but two were amputated when she was an infant.

Setra is a hybrid of two different species, one having four arms, the other having two.
Setra was born in a town that housed only her mother's species, phiox (which is the one with two arms.)
The phiox are not accepting at all of hybrids, Setra's mother left her at the hospital after giving birth (though Setra being a hybrid wasn't the only reason she wanted nothing to do with her daughter.)
The doctors there decided to try to correct what they saw as horrible physical aberrations on the infant. Removing Setra's second set of arms was one of those procedures.

I really like the blue, it looks better (To me at least) with her hair color :3 What happened to her to cause the scarring and stumps O.o? I hope you don't find this curiosity annoying, your character's designs are just so full of stories shown but not fully told <3

Ok here is a question. I am starting to guess that this race has no nipples. Am I wrong or are you just keeping this g rated? Other wise that brings up some interesting questions about how they reproduce.

They are mammals, and do have nipples.
I know they should be visible at least somewhat; I just didn't want to have to flag this as mature content.
