Description Seemed like a good day to do a continuation to one of my oldest pictures still in my gallery .
Mostly because I wanted to draw Ragdoll again. Yup.

Scan made this very bright, but I can't get the colours to look right in PS (and actually kind of like that luminous look) so, enjoy as is. eue

I really love the anatomy and pose of this one, and the hand on the right creates such a powerful visual against the wall. Your lines turned out especially nicely with this, and the red is very powerful visually. It instantly captured my attention, it's a very strong pose deliciously spooky image. : )

Thanks so much, this one was a blast to draw.
I tried a slightly different method of inking involving the detailing, so glad it worked out all right. c:

I think it's a great idea to draw a continuation of 'For All', one of your earliest drawings posted here, to celebrate your account's first birthday. It shows just how far you've come since then, in both artistic ability among other things, which is admirable.
As for the drawing itself, I love it, especially the design of Ragdoll which is shown so clearly here. She comes across especially creepy to me, given that she hasn't got much of a visible face. The colours look great in their brightness, especially against the darker background. I think this embodies your older drawing style, definitely, but it also has a hint of your newer techniques; a great combination that shows the changes over the last year, in my eyes.

Looking back on your earliest drawings posted here and then to your most recent ones, you've certainly come a long way over the last year. Not just in your evolution of drawing style, the quality and skill level, but also of different subjects, more recently focusing on your personal characters and other ideasβ€”even literature, as well as drawings. I might only have started watching you shortly after I came back to this site in August, but even since that time I can see how things have changed. Understanding contextual circumstances too, I'm especially proud of you for staying here so long. It's amazing and inspiring to see what you've done throughout this time, it really is. And I've only know you for, what, eight months nowβ€”that's hardly anything in reality, despite what it feels like. I can only imagine how far you will go, how much you will achieve in the months, even years to come on dA.

Thank you, I was hoping to show that progression in this, and Ragdoll was always a creature I wanted to revisit to see how she'd look once I'd improved at everything.

I've really noticed too, how much things have changed... I'm quite happy with how much things have improved so far. Hell, having any sort of faith in my ideas and sticking with them is such a huge change, among many others that seem to have been kicked off through being here. I know I wouldn't still be on here if it wasn't for your support and advice... I would have run screaming from this site again without having the time to realize how awesome things could be.
What a waste that could have been in so many ways. |8c
I'm excited to see just what happens in the future here. c:

Thanks so much again.
