Once upon a time in Crazytown, there was this guy and he, like, had a totally cool idea for a picture and stuff, but ended up not doing as good a job of it as he wanted to ([link] )...Anyway, somebody gave him the bright idea that the characters were quite cool and that he should draw them more. Since he only had about a bazillion better things he should've been doing, he sketched something and ended up liking it enough to want to take it further.
And lo, a character was born. Now we just need... the other 4... redrawn in the same way. Rats.

I had lots of fun goofing around with the outfit for this one, and it'd been a little while since I'd done some good ol' simple cel-shading. I'm not 100% sure on the colours, but I'll leave them and fiddle later if they irritate me. Not sure I've done anything quite like this before, so it was interesting.

I just got sooooooooooo tired of dark elves and blood elves and wood elves (...well, actually, I have one of those, but he's a bit different) and all those cliches, thought it would be nice to use a tiny bit of imagination and try something a bit different.
Not quite as cool as Progress Quest's "Bacon Elemental", but hey

it's understandable-they're EVERYWHERE. a little imagination (or a lot,for that matter, and i think in your case) never hurt anyone! well, unless they're...unimaginative. but we don't talk about them...>.>

with colors, i think its sufficient as it is, although a bit more yellow/orange dabs here and there to contrast with the blue would be nice, kind of like how it is in her eyes and necklace
