No, he's wild until someone tames him, and to do so you can either write a story with your handler and him, or draw with your handler and him. Each time you write or draw a taming attempt, it highers your chances of taming him by 50%. But I suppose he technically belongs to his designer and the group until he is tamed. >o>

Yep, once you tame them they're yours. And it takes as many attempts as you can make. Each time is 'random', but each attempt you make makes your chances of taming higher.

He has a 1 out of 800 chance of being tamed, I'd have a 1 out of 600 chance on my next attempt, if I understand correctly. xD
