Description
Extra page this week because I got a $20 donation from a friend at Smackjeeves! This staring artist/doctorate student will be eating lunch tomorrow. :3It could be our poor little Widow is just being pressured into marrying him. Or...? We'll find out!
Given Jupiter named his current cat "Snow", I think we can assume this little fellow's name is "Ash".

Just curious: what material are his hand-coverings made of?Β Is it real human skin, or just latex or something?Β I can see why he wears them; without, his dark steel robot hands are subtly scarier.

KITTY
Ooh... the fact that he just ASSUMED she felt the same way makes me uneasy, though.

He made an assumption- not uncommon in guys if you know what I mean.

Ufff, thin ice there... though I know they had a happy marriage after all. I'm very intrigued to see how Jupiter managed that after failing to consider if she actually wanted to marry him or not ._.
On a side note, I love the comments in this page... the "large robot with a kitty" one got me laughing out loud.

I agree Asimov knew it first, and now I go "aww" when I see anything slightly inspired on his work, or at least resembling it.

Oh, you can definitely say some of the stuff in this comic is inspired by Asimov. :3

Now, that's one creepy way to put it. I mean, at first he says it's a happy marriage, now he didn't consider her opinion, and it's sort of makes me a bit nervous.
Can I just say my opinion/advise on the first panel?
Isn't Jupiter sitting at the mirror? I just think that storywise background would look more obvious if it was in the mirror (with frame and part of the wall visible)...?

As it should!
Sounds like a good idea! Though his mirror is pretty small and right behind him. Though... I guess I could have extended the mirror just for storytelling purposes.

Yup - as a widow and a mother with a chance to marry someone of a higher class... there's really no choice for the time.

Thanks! I was hoping to start it off nice and cliche and end on a different note.
We'll see what you think by the end!
