Bowlroll is a site for people to upload things. Creators often have distribution pages : a NicoNicoDouga video, a NicoNicoSeiga picture, a DA upload, a YouTube video... If the downloads are public, hints are often in description or in the video/picture. You sadly need to search for each and every one of them.

But... it seems a lot has changed over at bowlroll and now almost all files require an account? And there is no longer a box to put in passwords for files even if you have said passwords? I am confused >_< does someone here know of an up-to-date tutorial?

As Bowlroll's servers changed, it's slightly different; if it needs a password, you'll need to type in in the little box that will be there; it's similar to the "old way" though.

Ok i put in the password and i downloaded it and then it comes up with the file saying aXayaCaoiRoP v1.0 (it has little accents above it but i don't have that type of keyboard ;A

The name appears "fucked up", probable because your computer is not set in japanese; thus it can't show the japanese characters and shows other things. It may affect textures too, making models appear white; as the textures names won't translate correctly.

Usually, "crdownload" is the name of a file while it's downloading (means it's not finished); once the download is completed it should disappear, replaced by the file downloaded.

If it says Error Input, it means you put the wrong password.
