So I may have gone a little overboard with the background. Sue me.

A redesign of a character I originally introduced as Belle Note , but I was never satisfied with her design, so I was finally able to come up with something closer to the original idea I wanted for her in the first place! Her mane style was too similar to Mayor Maisy , so I decided to switch it up and give her some fab curls à-la-Rarity(ish). Her personality and talent, however, are still the same. Silver Bell(e, ha! still works!) is a refined young mare with a talent for singing something comparable to chimes on a hot summer's day. She's a high-society pony with polished tastes and a fierce southern belle attitude to boot. She's a crowd favorite and while she's polite to absolutely everypony in Sugar Flats, the one exception is Sandy Dunes. These two mares have history, however, something I hope I can introduce later on. Either way, as things are, the two can't stand one another as they're polar opposites. Besides that, Bell is as perfect as she can be.
