It's early in the morning. Sigrid the Ulfen witch, disguised as a local peddler, leads her rowboat on the channels of Kasai, Minkai's imperial capiltal under the watchful eye of the Typhoon Guards, Onis devoted to the Jade Regent. Few people walk the streets because of the bloody repression to whoever seems suspect. Sigrid has first to locate her contact in the opressed city. The architecture and mood is great. But out of curiousity - (except that it would ruin the scene) - why did Sigrid not use a potion of water breathing too? Do they sneak in equipment on the boat?

Hmm, to me this looks like more a traditional japanese town than like a fantasy scene, but welp, the atmosphere is still amazing~
The colors you chose are perfect, the little ray of light, the mist and the clouds give to this piece a really mysterious atmosphere, it's almost mystic.
You seem to master shading/lighting and perspective perfectly n_n But I feel like the characters stand out too much from the background, maybe because of their colors.
