I managed to do it~ (for the most part. xP Still doesn't look nearly as sharp)

I wish this went a little more in detail.Β :/Β It doesn't explain what kind of layers to create.Β It also doesn't explain how to easily add highlights.Β It doesn't point out when blur effects are to be used either.Β I have to look at the image and do trial and error 'til I get it right.

I don't get what the point of the first 3 steps if you're just going to colour the whole thing in the darker blue colour in step 4 anyways.

Oooh, well, since it's reflection, make sure you follow your light source and stuff.

There is always a light source. I'm not talking a lamp or anything, but how you lay down your shadows. If you don;t understand, look it up.
