I know that the waist is a bit too thin and the hair a bit clumped, but I'd like to know some more so that I could maybe get accepted into your group galleries some time.

hey there! Welcome to the group! As you may know from reading about our group, this group is all about providing art that will inspire and visually help people understand more about drawing/colouring anime girls!
With your wonderful art piece 'trapped in time' I found it very very hard to decline because she is so cute i love her! I think that there are some slight issues with proportionality, her hand and arm that is raised above her head is a little to narrow in parts, and the hand a little too big in comparison 
But this is so close! I unfortunately must be hard on accepting/declining, if I let in one piece that has even the smallest things that could be changed, other people start asking why their art wasnt accepted because they only have a few alterations! XD
However i'm sure your art will be in the group in no time! You are an amazing artist and I love your colouring and sketching style!

I used mechanical pencil to draw and shade on paper.
Then I took a picture of the paper in good lighting.
Then I added color on the computer.

I love the soft colors. It looks so much better than all the over-saturated stuff I see floating around here. I especially love her dress. The anatomy needs some work and her hair looks more like strips of fabric than hair, but besides that, very good
