Umm, might I ask what type of paper you use for your watercolor pictures? ;3; I'm having a hard time finding a type that layers the colors well.

But otherwise, great tutorial. <3 Thanks

When I use frisket, I use the back end of the brush, so I don't mess the bristles :>
Just a suggestion ^^

hello, I have a question for you.
When you paint the tiger, what paint do you use?
Is it the liquid acrylic paint, liquid watercolor, or the watercolor tubes?

This is an amazing tutorial, I am new to painting and had never heard of friskit or ever used liquid water colour but I feel more confident in doing backgrounds with this advice! Thankyou for writing it!

Thank you very much for this practical tutorial!

I have one question - you say (for instance, when doing the pink areas on the face) that you spread the water and then add the colour - yet when I would try this, the water is usually hard to control, and takes larger area than I expect, and then the colour moves to areas I didn't want it to go to. So, my question - how do you manage to keep small areas (like the highlight on the tip of the nose) uncoloured (or dry)? By using masking frisket/fluid? Or by using very thin brush for applying water?

It is just very dissapointing to see my painting suddenly overrun by colours, and while it can produce nice effect, I'd still like to have some control in places... I hope you could help me with sharing from your experience.

Thanks again for putting this together, very helpful and your results are truly beautiful
