Description
I know this has been done many times before, but I wanted to practice drawing eyes, and explaining how I do stuff to others always makes me really analyse what I do, which helps.I hope you find this useful, and that it's not too full of language mistakes.. Feel free to ask if anything is unclear, or if you have any other questions! And I wouldn't mind a link back here so more people can see it if it inspires you or helps you with a painting.

Absolutely amazing, and I plan to use this, when I get my tablet.
But May I ask a noob-ish question?
Are you making a new layer for every step? Obviously you are using some, but I am not sure how many is too much or too little for realistic digital painting.

Thank you, I would love to see it if you make something inspired by my tutorial.
All artists have different preferences when it comes to layers. I like to paint very big, so I try to keep the layers down to a minimum because of the file size. For this one I think I used one layer for the skin and eyeball, one layer for skin texture, and one layer for the eyelashes and highlights.
