Awesome, I haven't ever seen this sort of portrayal of a Nazgul.

It's one of them before they were transformed, they used to be normal kings of men. Then, they became the ringwraiths 'cos the rings granted them elongated life but not youth...

I love that you can work primarily in black & dark colors & still put detail & add dimension & perspective to your artwork. This is truly inspired especially since you put the full moon right where it is

Is this before he became what we see as the Nazgul? When he still had his own will?

I love how terribly beautiful this is. the effect of the moon gleaming on his sword, crown and ring in this otherwise dark picture is fantastic.

Wow, it's not often that you see him before he became invisible to normal eyes! Beautiful color! (Sorry, I suck at commenting on art
)

The Witch King's eerie presence transcends time and appearance. It never ceases to impress me how well you capture subtlety and scope harmoniously.

this is an amazing artwork. i think he looks too knight-like with that expression of him, but that doesn't spoil the picture at all

I love the lighting effects- especially on the sword and his ring. Also, the horse is especially well done.
I only have one more comment: That is one huge crown thing he's wearing on his head.
Great job!
