That's breathtakingly spectacular - but it doesn't look very safe!

Today? Tomorrow was never promised to anyone - but I'd still rather not invite its loss

oh yeah ! he's got alot of copies !
he's been jumping this for years - i think the distance is just under 6 feet - something like 5 feet 7 inches and he's over 6 foot tall so it was a breeze for him, but if he fell i was suppose to drive his car 20-30 miles south of moab - so the searching party wouldn't find his body and he would melt back into the earth ! and his bones would bleach in the hot summer sun ! - maybe become another desert mystery - like everett ruess.......

I wasn't familiar with the name so I googled it. Interesting story which I'll have to read up on.

There's some pretty incredible perspective and scale going on in this picture. Not only do you wonder how that person got up on that isolated pinnacle, but you start to gain an appreciation for the size and breadth of the landscape before you. Great shot.

thanks.
he jumped (LOL)
it's just a little over 5 feet from the cliff edge, but it does look a little scary. i had him make about 30 jumps - before i got the shot i was looking for - i'll have to post the jump later.
