When you look at them long enough, those deathclaws really do look like they are from hell rather than being mutations. Also IMO, it's best to shoot out at least one leg per death claw. Their charge attack is very deadly and crippling them can save you a lot of stimpaks, of course, at the expense of extra ammo of both slowing them down and killing them.

I had actually done very little research on the game.Β It was a post war gameΒ with Oblivion styleΒ of freedom on play.Β That's all I knew. The first deathclaw I saw was coming out of Robco.Β Factory.Β They shocked me because I wasn't expecting it and didn't know what it was.Β Β Needless to sayΒ I diedΒ super fast, thenΒ wentΒ and asked my brother what the Oblivion Daedra creatures in the game were.Β

come on you guys all you need is 357. revolver with HD cylinder (for close up attacks) hunting rifle w/scope and custom action reloading mod. If you don't believe me get the weapons and go to quarry junction also have reinforced leather armor..
