The Boyfriend pointed that out after I posted this, and you're absolutely right, it's more of a Black Lagoony than a Swamp Thingy, at least traditionally speaking... but heck, Creature From The Black Lagoon Finds Love would never fit in the title box anyway.

Point of fact:
That creature in the tub with the lovely island girl is not The Swamp Thing. Swamp Thing is a plant creature who resides in the swamps of DC Comics and a couple of B-rater movies from the eighties. You'd like him since he's a staunch protector of the environment and his comics were nicely written by Alan Moore for a spell.
Your creature more closely resembles The Creature From The Black Lagoon from the classic Universal monster movie of the same name.
