Could you point a fella to a tutorial on how you did the white shadows under the "main", "about"..etc.?
I ran across one somewhere and can't seem to find it now.

Oh, it's just a drop shadow in Photoshop.
Layer Style -> Drop Shadow
Turn off Global light source, and set it to 135 degrees, or -45 degrees, depending on what you're trying to achieve, and make it white!
