There is no correct answer considering Lewis Carroll admitted that there was no answer intended. Coming up with answers is just for pure amusement. There is no right or wrong answer. You could answer with neither is made of aluminum foil and it would be acceptable.

You're thinking of a magpie. In fact, neither a raven nor a writing-desk is terribly good at singin, but both can produce a few flat notes.
