Jace looks like Collin from Friendly HOSTILITY by Sandra K. Fuhr (yaoi-ish webcomic) and Cody looks exactly like a blue-haired version of Fox from the same webcomic (only Fox's hair was purple). Check it out if u don't believe me. But, awesome drawing. Mucho caliente! (did i spell that right?)

Haha, Cody was totally inspired by Cyanide Torres from BMB, actually! I loved that comic, and I totally read Friendly Hostilities now. I never thought Jace looked like Collin before, but I'll definitely take that as a compliment, as I like Sandra's style. Thanks very much!

i won't waste space with telling you how much you've improved -- a) i've already done that, b) everyone else has said it multiple times and prolly better than me -- so i'll head straight to the comment, yes?
eric -- dude, i love it. he barely has a shirt on! haha. i'm such a sucker for it. but seriously, i love the pose, he's all casual and just gorgeous. i think he's the one that's changed the least over the years -- pose and facial structuring wise i mean... but he's wonderfully drawn!
jace -- aww! the little fellow has finally gotten a proper jace!pose. haha. no, but i really like this jace. it feels like you've finally come to understand what makes jace jace, you know? i love it.
jordan -- aaah. the precious jordan. what's there to say? i love the pose, love the clothes, love the not-there-but-still-there wings and his "normal" apperance. we don't see much of that...
jesse -- man i just gotta love his expression. it's typcial laid-back hippie. very lovely. and i gotta say i love the flip-flops and the pose. so gorgeous.
cody -- ever the rocker, neh? i love it. the shoes! omg the shoes. and the hair! *tousles it more* fabulous, fabulous.
blaze -- my sweet, sweet, mismatched blaze. i gotta say, as much as i love everyone else's wardrobe, blaze's is just my fav. the colours, the patterns, the styles. you have so much fun with her, don't you? *hearts her*
michael -- *glomps* i seriously want his shirt. and the pose. my god, the pose. i love the tilted foot. it's fabulous. little detail that adds so much. and his expression... *pinches cheeks* he's so adorable!
nessa -- even more adorable than michael! eek. the brightness of her clothes. fab, fab. and her freckles! i didn't know she had freckles! and her arm across her body like she's self conscious (which she is, i'd say)... just brilliant.
karen -- eek! shirt! i want! i want! and the pose and expression. so her!
laura -- haha... so far, my absolute fav drawing of laura. she's so snooty and stuck up and superious and false and just gorgeous. i love it. and i must say, her outfit is one of the coolest i've seen on her. it's definitely her to me. i have to say, the pearls are such a wicked touch. and the shoes. i love the shoes. for some reason i've fallen in love with shoes.
finally,
rick -- there isn't much i can say (or too much). he's just awesome. perfect, perfect, perfect. *hearts his expression and pose*

Hah, it's amazing how much time I spent researching--not poses, mind you--but clothing. Like, where these kids would shop, what they would buy, how they'd wear it, etc. So much fun, though.
Eric, yeah, he's always looked just how I wanted him too, with the exception of making him a little less confidant than he appeared to be before. I want to make sure Eric still looks like he's not a total hardass, that he'd be the kind of guy you would feel comfortable talking to if he happened to sit next to you at the lunch table. Or something.
Jace, ack, not to be all "I'm awesome" or anything, but I really like the way I drew Jace; I think you're right, I finally understood just what I was trying to portray with Jace and finally drew it. Sorta.
For still having that look in the story as of right now, I sure don't draw Jordan much in it.
Jesse's shoes were totally fun to draw--and his poses, however awkward-looking it may be.
Cody's outfit is ridiculous, but it's Cody. I want his shoes. And I know, the hair! It's so weird how it's become even *more* difficult for me to draw his hair now that I've changed the style again, but I like this one better. For now, anyway.
Blaze is a blast to draw and color. Probably because I have fun trying to pick out just *who's* clothes she's borrowing in her outfits.
Michael's shirt is like...I want it. I need to make it, so I can buy it, which I think I'm going to soon. He and Vanessa both came out exactly as I pictured them (okay, Michael could look a little more Filipino and a little less Latino) but Vanessa, yes. I'm really pleased with her--I always meant to draw her with freckles but always forgot!
Karen's shirt I too want to make--but it'd be a little be harder. And this is like the one picture I felt like I truly drew Karen in a way that finally reflects her personality.
Laura--I loved loved loved drawing her clothes. They were the most fun to research and draw, because she *is* such a fashion whore. I went to all these different websites to pick out the right outfit for her, shoes included.
Rick--yay, I did the same with him too, clothing-wise, but a little more casual. He was a lot of fun too.

haha.. omg, i know it's really fun researching clothes. i do it all the time. heck, i do it for my writing, not for my drawing (because i really don't draw anymore). i love to research clothes - shoes especially.

it really seems like you've found the characters now. you draw them really well and they're starting to get their own personality more and more in your drawings, so that's amazing. i really do admire how you can make your characters come to life in drawings. i never could do that. ^^ must be why i've started making graphics instead...
