I've downloaded all the latest versions of .NET, VC++, and Direct X but the program wont open.. I have the Japanese version of PMD editor so i'm not sure what's wrong..

When you right-click the .7z file, do you see any menus related to 7zip?

Again, it sounds like you don't have the required dependencies installed.
Do you have .NET 4 or greater?
Do you have VC++ installed?
Do you have the latest Direct X installed?
Are you on Windows 32 or 64 bit?

Hi, I'm having the same issue DerianaTheHedgehog is having.Β
Here's a screenshot. There are many that pop up after you click "OK" on one.
The errors seem to be missing/not working .dll files.
However, the program still opens for me after I clear all the error messages! I can't tell if there are any missing features though. It's very strange. Maybe this only happens to those who don't have those .dll files already on their computer?

Yeah it's exacly same to me. When i start it everytime are there lots of errors. I don't know actually? I have PMD. But i wanted to try once PMX and then this happends. XD

So I think this is because the .dll's were compiled by me, so your Windows OS's may think it is "unsafe".
For each .dll file, right-click it, select properties, and click the "Unblock this file" (or something like that).
Google-ing the HRESULT error code seems to suggest that "unblocking" the .dll file will fix this.
