Try 7zip or use an online file converter to convert it to a zip file . Idk why people choose 7z files which is worse and more annoying then .rar files .Β www.convertfiles.com/

yup. I had PMX Editor on here before but I ended up deleting it on accident.

It seems to be a little glitchy but I guess I just need to get use to it.
It doesn't work vary well with high poly models ether, it export only one portion of them.
