Description
Log for 'Dive to World' ([link] ). Didn't quite like this painting, but kept a record of the progress anyway. Things you don't like means there's something to discover about yourself, ain't it?Related content

You're welcome! I'm glad to know that people get something out of it. The paper used here is a watercolor paper is thicker than the normal drawing paper because of the heavy amount of paints it willl need to take. Normal paper would have started tearing.

yep! is one of my problems when I use watercolor paper begins to wrinkle when scanning.__.u there are many spots and wrinkles. I normally use Fabriano, but the problem still wrinkles

Hmm... I've never tried Fabriano papers before. Wrinkles meaning the paper warped during your painting process? If so, check the wieght of your paper as indicated on the cover. It might need to be stretched. The paper used here weighs 300gsm (140lb) and it still warped halfway through (because I didn't stretch it! >_<).
Taken shamelessly from [link] : Traditional paper for watercolor range from 70 lbs. to over 300 lbs. in weight. A lighter weight paper (less than 140 lb. tends to warp extensively unless the paper is stretched wet on a frame as a canvas or wet on a board and taped with brown gummed tape. When dry the surface can be worked without warping due to water absorbsion.)
There are pre-stretched papers available, those that comes in blocks with their edges glued together. They give a completely flat surface when painted on. I think Fabriano has it too. Hope that helps

._O huh I see~, and yess the paper warped in the process.__.u I had been told about wetting the paper before working on it. (I do not to... XD) you always do?, =O
I'll take into account about the weight of the paper, do not look at it, but that seems to be the cause of my carelessness of the paper n__nU
thanks so much for the info!

Nope, I seldom do it, partly lazy and partly due to the many previous failed attempts :/. (Wonder if I was impatient?) After discovering the convenience of pre-stretched papers, I quite skipped that paper stretching step in my paintings. >_< All the best for your watecolor experiences!
