Description God-Callers: God-Callers are considered to be Gnostic reverends and divine interpreters of the will of the ancient Nulsonnes that dwell in the space between planets and stars, those entities who astrally projected their avatars among myriads of societies beyond unfathomable light-years to undiscovered space and uncharted planets.

The gods in their cryptobiosis, dreaming and dying, breathing their last breaths and spending the rest of their lives among the mortal races as their avatars; finding their last dreams of adventure and romance and revenge; only a handful of that race from those antiquated and magical times still remain, still dreaming of the new covenants on the megastructure; one of many who still shutters and turns in his slumber, Niholanth, is the main canvas for study within the God-Caller cult.

According to the cult's histories, it is said that Niholanth is ensconced his dreams, recounting the memories of his kin who had guided the 'new races' to such liberties of society, but still lead them even further into their damnation, of which many civilizations had suffered, for the avatars who had influenced so much were gods only in name.

But he is no teacher, no adventurer, no conqueror. He was a feeble god; weak in many manners; weak to impulse, weak to curiosity; restrained in any and all of his powers.

He found comfort in language, finding interest in the histories of many races, roaming in his avatar as a curious scholar, finding himself titled many monikers -- the Grey One, Wodan, Spell-caster, Rune-carver; names upon names for a seemingly immortal life; but the vessel with which the avatar was projected was dying; not yet dead, but dying still -- dreaming of his histories and the lives he shared with his avatar, finding comforting memories in the many lives found among mortals.

But in all of his travels he kept his true name a secret to all but a few that he trusted; certain sects of scholars that didn't shy away at the truth of his nature, and the reality of the universe, were the few that he revealed his name to; but even still that name is lost to time, buried in the minds of the wise, locked away by mortality. The God-Callers task themselves with a mission to retrieve the true name of the Knowledge god, in order to summon his avatar and to bestow the Covenants of Consulate with the great documents and discussions and philosophies of countless lost ages. Currently he is known as Niholanth, a name found within the Qitherai tongue; but to some orders of the God-Callers he is known as Melmoth -- The Memory-Keeper; further still to the farthest reaches of the cult -- lead by eccentrics of humanity -- he is known as Odin.
