Description
This is the Federation Starship U.S.S. Ariel. I made this ship for a good friend of mine, with some of the specifications that he shared with me, and with some of my own personal touches. I will have more information later, just wanted to get it posted for now.original models created by the team behind Star Trek Legacy, and modified and molded by me.

Cool variant of the good old Belknap class. For better or worse, there is already a major USS Ariel in fanon from around this era, which is the Ariel-class Shuttlecarrier.

always been a fav of mine the Belknap class, shame never made it on screen, instead of the countless times a Reliant type did. This variant is just as good, Great work.

Actually, this is a sort of sub class to the Belknap. Instead of having the extra space front to back on the neck, I instead put in another shuttlebay. Some differences on the Nacelles as well. I would like to see a show based on the TMP era, without the Enterprise

That oblong shape on the lower module looks a bit odd but otherwise you did a nice job here. There is some fine little details in the texture too. Good work.
