This is my latest piece, Adam. This is a 1/3 scale sculpture. Here in these photos you are seeing it in clay. Currently it is being bronzed and will be available in a limited edition of 15.Related content

This piece is really magnificent! The lines and gesture, how it flows, and the little details, it's so realistic, and the style gives the whole sculpture a very nice touch/uniqueness/feel. It's so expressive. And I really like the knees

Your use of clay is fantastic as is you knowledge of anatomy. Do you work directly from life or photos ? I particularly like the hands . Brilliant work well done.

I have studied the figure extensivly over the last 14 years. At this point most is out of my head and the about 20% is using a live model.

anatomy looks amazing, but what catches my fancy most is the pose has a delicate and vulnerable sweetness to it, like he's protecting himself, or maybe hiding from something.

I have this new found love for classical period sculpture, and this competes that love with your amazing work! The fact that your bronzing it brings it even closer to the feeling of classical, hellenistic Greek art with the amazing contortion and emotion shown in the anatomy. I love it!

I look through the comments and find that what I say shall be insignificant, but I would like to say that this is one of the finest pieces of art I have every seen. I have nothing to say about flaws, for it is perfect. The detail you put into this is amazing, and though I am not a huge fan of sculpting, i can't help but admire this beautiful piece of work.
