This is super nice man, I wish I had taken some shots of my current painting to make a process gif. Do you use cloud stock for the smaller cloud formations?

Thanks for your comment! I did use a texture to detail the filigree parts (e.g., those at the left edge of the lime green clouds), and I also copy+paste already refined painted areas a lot because I'm so impatient. 
During the process I usually save a wip every day, it helps me to see what parts still need more work.
