I really like this because Erithe reminds me of my wife, (not just when she's wearing her school outfit either!

It's interesting, isn't it, how some pictures can remind us of people we know, even if the original subject hasn't got anything to do with that person, really. I'm really glad that you like it, and that it has such meaning to it for you. As an artist, it's fascinating to find out why people like a picture and what meaning it holds for them.

So, I was browsing the huge list of 300+ pics I still have to comment (*gasps*)... then I came to the list of thumbnails under your name, and this one sorta popped out of the lot. Couldn't tell why at first, but I think it's due to acombo of background/shiny smile *lol*. really dig this smile, don't ask me why... besides, the pic looks well-balanced, the colors are very good without being too lavish, and the stained glass combined with the writings in the background creates a very nice harmony, enhancing Erithe and adding a certain "scholastic" feeling to the picture (goes quite well with the Ravenclaw, to me).
So, and even if it's a late one, +fav too on this one
