Description
I feel like it's been months since I've posted anything. Slowly but surely working my way up to 30 paintings for AXAcrylic on canvas.

That is one AWESOME drawing!! I thought that it was something else other than a drawing!

AWESOME! Computer-generated art is great, but I have a soft spot in my heart for anything made the "old-fashioned" way, with actual ink/paint/pencil/crayon on actual paper/canvas, etc.
Great job!!!

Yeah, digital art can be really impressive, but I agree – there's something satisfying about seeing a traditional art piece and knowing someone actually took the time to create it with their hands.
haha don't know if that makes sense...
Thanks!

Looks Good. With the blue effect, you can't tell whether she's above water or below. That's really cool. I agree about the A:TLA Fanart barely ever looking like the shows. Manga and Anime renditions of the charcters look strange. Unless their supposed to, that is. Then it's just funny.

That's interesting, actually...I didn't notice until you pointed that out, but now I totally see it (she's above the water, btw LOL).
Thanks!

Looks good. With the blue effect, you can't tell whether she's above water or below. That's really cool. And I agree about A:TLA fanart barely ever looking like the stuff from the show, Manga and Anime renditions of them just look strange unless parodied like with Booter~Freak.

Looks great. With the blue effect, you aren't sure whether she's above or below water. That's just cool. And I agree with A:TLA fanwork barely ever looking like the characters on the show, I really find that Anime and Manga renderings of A:TLA charcters are weird.

This is some smooth acrylic. I'd swear that Katara looks like as if she was painted with cels. The water is especially beautiful, being smooth down to the smallest of details.

I love how it's true to the character on the show. A lot of the art of Katara isn't. It looks so great!

Thanks! I agree about Katara fan art – and it's weird, though, because personally I've always loved how the characters are drawn in the show. The artwork is so great there, I don't know why anyone would want to change it LOL
