Please do NOT send me notes about this tutorial. Paypal has a great FAQ~~~~
Because paypal seems to be very confusing to a lot of people.

Q. I don't have a credit card, can I still make a PAYPAL account?
A. Yes. You will need a bank account though! : )
Q. Do I need to put some money on my account before I start using it?
A. Nope. So you can just start with your account with no money in your account. c:
Q. Can I link this this tutorial in my journal?
A. Yes! Feel free to post it in your journal, the more people see it, the more people will learn how to use Paypal!
Q. If i'm the receiver, do I have to have Paypal as well..?
A. Yes! Both parties need a Paypal account to send/receive money.
Q. Can I send/receive different currencies?
A. Yes you can. You can select what type of currency you want to send! : )

What do you mean? You can just send the money from your paypal to your bank account or credit card and use it...

Mine is hooked to my bank account.. So I actually have money on my account. But I think it works a bit different when it's hooked up to a credit card
