Description So I've made "how to PAY for an invoice" and how to send money though paypal, but nothing yet for SENDING an invoice. HERE WE ARE WOW!

I really like the invoicing system Very simple and fast.Β
The only downside is that you have to -sometimes- pry the email address out of your client. In my commission applications I very specifically ask for potential clients to include their email address for invoicing purposes but I'd say about only half or LESS actually do it. So then I have to go and ask them again (multiple times, usually) for an address to send the bill to. It can be a tiring process.

Here are some other guides I've done:

How to SEND money using the old fashioned way:

This is super useful :>Β
I was wondering if there's a way for the person paying to not include their shipping address when paying for the invoice?Β
Or if there is a way to negate the option of shipping in the first place since what they're paying for is digital and usually when you don't attach a shipping label once they pay, you don't get sellers protection and they buyer has the leverage if they decide to request a refund. (Which had happened to me and I'd like to avoid)

If anyone has an answer I'd love to hear it πŸ˜₯

Oh gosh, I think paypal just did something brand new within the past day or two!

Now you apparently don't need shipping addresses on invoices? I'm skeptical because it sounds too amazing

How would you know the difference if the buyer is paying you themselves or through other people? I heard about this type a lot but I didn't really see much in how to prevent or recognize it.

Thank you!!

Hi, I've been wrangling with setting up a paypal for digital commissions and this tutorial was really helpfull to me! Though I was wondering if you know anything about the issue of shipping and digital items? With sending an invoice like this for a digital item would you just manualy email the item to the client, or is there something you have to change in paypal to let them know you're not sending physical goods?

Why would people not give you their address? Just asking out of curiosity

I know I'm late to the comment party on this one, but in another business of mine, I just didn't want to give the artist my spam e-mail, and had a difficult time refinding my passwords for my "official business" e-mail (Google). Google's much better now, but it can be a pain to get back on track with emails when we're so used to Facebook Messenger and texting.

Hi I'm sorry to bother you, but I've been looking all over the place for an answer and I can't find it, so I was hoping you might know ^^

Right now I have a personal account at PayPal. However, I was wondering if I need to change this into a business account if I want people to send payment for adopts/commissions there (using the goods/services option).

I'm new to the whole Paypal thing myself, so I'm not sure.
But the only reason for business accounts I know so far, is so that you can hold more than 2000$ in your account .3.

And from what I understood so far, you don't need to have a business account to send goods and services, invoices, etc. A standard account is fine.

Nice, thanks for this! I've been meaning to figure out how to do invoicing, now I know

Just curious, what's the advantage to sending an invoice vs. just having people send you money? Paper trails? Less chance to dispute? Β o:
