For almost 6 years I've been here.... I just learn how to REPORT stolen art here on Deviantart for like... about only three months.So I guess there still some people who don't know how or didn't realize where that report sign button is located on the page..(Like me!)
So I hope this will help this art community against art thief somehow.
I'm tired of them.
PS. If I did any wrong step here please tell me right away!(I'm quite new with it.. but still wanna do a tutorial about it XD (Please forgive meeee)) So I will edit and update the right information here.

Yea. DA also needs to be more clear with there checks. I've seen literal accounts that break no rules get wiped off DA just because they got report spammed

And I hate to say this... but DA leaves us not much choice to deal with this problem so people start solving the problem by cyberbullying on that person instead.
Like spam them theft account with all their watchers or shame them in several ways...
I did that too... but I never agree with bullying, and I really don't want attacking people like that, but no other choice for me since DA report system sucks.

How fast do da work let say owner report along with the backers to help will it really help?

From my experience.
Owner report along with the backers is the most effective one and usually will take no more than a week to take that stolen art down.

I used to have that problem too... and seriously, that doesn't help you with anything ;( And that's why I hate DA report system
What I try after they send me to help center is trying to contact DA staff
And do some more report along with other's help on the report...
Sometimes it's work, sometimes it's don't... But if it's really important to you and you need it to be removed, just keep trying.

I guess that process is needed to get this case more effective.
The strong evidence for calling someone a thief and to prove that the work is really yours are needed. Imagine if it was just some random bullies want to report an innocent account.
If strong evidence is not needed in this process, tons of artist who did no wrong will be a victim from imputing.

Ah, makes sense then. They're already gone (well the account is anyway) and it seems that for some reason someone's making accounts to mess with me and send me spam which is petty as hell. I don't understand it but if it continues hopefully the dA staff will actually do something about it if I report it.

If you are the owner of stolen art the step of reporting will be more complicated but it's totally gonna work from what I heard.
If you are not the owner but is trying to help the original artist by reporting the stolen piece, it takes more than just you to make any change.... The more people report it the more effective it will be.

About that... I think it's kinda too complicate for the report system to do anything about this kind of problem.
What's possible is to talk to them about it, but in your case.. there's no answer from the person you're talking about, right?
So is his/her account is still active? if not, maybe they've left that account or something. In this case, if a report is not working you may need to let go. The reporting system quite sucks anyway.
But if it is still active, that's mean they're clearly trying to avoid this conversation from you. Which is quite not cool...
In that case that this problem really bothers you and you want that work to put down you OC,
If I were you,. I may want to record the screenshot pic of the message that I used to send to them about the issue but no answer. Just in case you need to approve it later. Then I would try to ask them through their comment section in their page which anyone can see (also screenshot it in case that person hide or delete my comment)
If him/her response to it, then it's fine. Talk and work it out together. But if that person delete my comment (which is quite rude),
I may need to create a journal to spread out and ask for help from my watcher about this behavior which contains my evidence of an attempt to talk to that person to put down my character from his/her commission (like a screenshot or things) and also the link to that original work. This kind of pressure may finally get that person's attention.
Ps It's kinda hard way, please don't do it if it's not your last choice

It's okay, well I sent an email to deviantart stuff they replayed to me, but when I explained to them the situation they didn't replay, so I don't know.
My friend draw my oc on my request for commission, so I told her to deleted, but no respond I think she left devianart.
In that case what I should do?

I know I keep an eye out. I usually message the artist. I went to a con and I spotted a booth selling a known artist art without their permission. I went to the ones running the conversation to inform them. They removed it after I got notified by the actual artist they gave no permission for them to sell it.

i've had one person i tried pointing out and asking if they got the original artist's permission, with a link to the original art WITH the patreon info on it, if they had permission to "redraw" it (they pretty much traced the picture, added blushy lines, and some loose hairs on the picture), only to have the person delete my posts questioning them and calling them out for it. so i went and notified the artist. he wasn't happy, but he told them don't do it again on his page, the "artist" didn't answer any of it as far as i remember... saw someone again who reposted another artists work, pretty much just a trace job again, with different color background, don't know if the person was asked to take it down or what, but ugh... why do people need to be so shiesty about redrawing other people's work, or claiming they can, because it was THEM 'drawing" it? -_-
