Press R and see which tool is selected on the tool bar. Then just right click that tool to see if the blur tool is in there : D

this tutorial is very helpful... unless your shadows happen to fall parallel to the direction of your fur XD! lol i like taht you can do it without downloading any new brushes and it can be done with a mouse... if u want ill send u a link to the piece I'm working on when its finished so u can see the furryiness...
