Can this work with other programs, or only this?

I see then. ;^;
Also, do you use a monitor, or do you have a laptop for Macs?

etuix In reply to zekamori [2007-06-07 08:57:11 +0000 UTC]

I have an iMac G5 - [link]
Cept I got rid of the mouse and bought a new normal Logitech mouse the day I got the mac, because apple mouses are horrible X_X

Before you ask, the whole computer is in the monitor. No big boxes under your desk whatsoever <3 I might make a screenie of my desktop soon, that be quite cool. Cep't I would have to clean my desk first... hehe

I know that, but I thought you had an iBook (that's the word! 8D)
XDD Lawl, I bet you couldn't even find your computer if you tried. xP

Dang......the only thing I'm unable to do is resize my images. >.< Well, with pixels, anyway.....I can resize with percent, inches, cm, etc..but not pixels. Grr. That's frustrating.

Oh well...awesome tut! It helped alot. Great job!

etuix In reply to HonouTenshi [2007-06-04 18:41:52 +0000 UTC]

Do you use photoshop? If you can't do pixels. Work at a 160x160px canvas and resize it to 50% later = 80x80px.

Or 240x240px and then 25% -I think-

HonouTenshi In reply to etuix [2007-06-04 19:39:53 +0000 UTC]

I use photoshop elements....version 4.0 I believe...and yeah, that's what I've been doing. It would be soo much easier if I could do pixels, though. >.> Oh well, thanks!

XD I never knew about that Transform - Rotate command.. and that is gonna come in SO freakin' helpful for comic pages that I have to scan in pieces.

lol nice. I have a question about the cell shading though. When cell shading, we don't use the soft brushes correct??

etuix In reply to DreamCrystalArt [2007-06-04 16:41:08 +0000 UTC]

Nope, hard round brush all the time!

DreamCrystalArt In reply to etuix [2007-06-04 16:43:43 +0000 UTC]

thought so. Might try this, though my sketches would have to be resized before doing the lineart x.x but bleh I'm used to that by now XD

Nifty. Pretty helpful looking.. A bit different from my methods though (I use low opacity black/white >_> or 128/128/128 RGB on a colour/linear dodge/burn layer). And I don't use the little preview window, I go by something else.. Maybe I should write one of these sometime. XD
