Lame title is lame.
*sigh* The scanner took the better part of the colors again... Fixed it a bit, but eh. It's good enough to post, anyway.
Still, I'm rather happy with how this came out. I hope KC doesn't mind that I gave him a black-ish shirt instead of red, blue, or green. (The rainbow paint was her request, btw.) I tried something new with the wings. They're based on the whooping crane. I think I pickled KC's brain when I was asking her for details on this character. "WHO LOOKS AT EYEBROW SHAPES???!" Why, an artist, of course.
(Yes, I could have made up my own features for him. But I just wanted to watch her struggle for the details. lol. I'm a cruel friend...) So yeah. This is actually a Christmas present. Part of my goals this year was to actually finish the art I started for the folks I actually know IRL because I have the tendency to put those on hold while I do commissions and whatnot. Now I just have to get that birthday present for my other friend done (her b-day was in October, mind...
) and still get my current commission finished in a timely manner... Please note: The rainbow of colors are there because he's an artist. Color is an important aspect of art. And the picture looks cool like this.

The main thing I notice is that the body/neck are well-sized, but his right arm and head look huge. I think investing a bit more time into the anatomy might help. It seems as though you have your marker technique down pretty well, but you could use a touch up on the basics...

Basics must be practiced all the time, so I'm not going to deny that one. lol. I'm having trouble seeing how the head is too big, but I do have the tendency to do that, so it's quite possible. The arm... was more of an experiment in perspective.

It's mostly too large specifically around the shoulder... the upper arm seems too large, other things seem somewhat correct with the foreshortening, but the upper arm is really large.

I hate when scanners eat colors. Did you adjust the settings of the scanner? Maybe that may help
ROFL at the eyebrow thing xDD. Sounds like something I'd do to annoy my friends xDD; But eyebrows are important, and bone structure, and eye length and witdth, and forehead length, and the list goes on. xD
I think it looks more like paint without the outline, then again I didn't see the outline in the first place D:. I love the wings on this and the 'woosh!' effect with the hair and paint.

I've tried adjusting the scanner, but it still eats my yellows/oranges/purples/greens... Red and blue work fine, though!

Lol. That's how most people are though. When they think of something simple like an apple, they think of one thing and think others think the same xD However as artist we automatically think of the possiblity of the apple being red, yellow, or green. With a leaf, without a leaf etc.
