I'm really really enjoying this comic more than I expected to. Its absolutely amazing where this comic started from, and how its going now. The reinterpretations of characters is simply fantastic. Thank you so much for giving me something to look forward to on Sundays!!!

Aw man! I'm guessing Scourge has no idea what happened in Sonic's time prior to his death! I mean, if both universes are parallel, Scourge died in a different way, and there was no Dr. Kintobor attack to save the universe or something(or whatever would happen in Scourge's universe)
I'm thinking that Tikal and Chaos might get to be involved soon(hopefully, especially Chaos), and they can help to tame this fighting

Sonic's tired of yo' shit, Scourge,
Holy crap I got chills on the last panel. That expression. It kninda reminds me of when Superman fought that anti-Superman (I forgot his name. He had gray skin though) and the anti-Superman was about to roundhouse punch him in the face, and Superman just reaches out and smashes this stone medallion the guy wore with an expression similar to Sonic's. Idk, last panel just reminded me of it.

OK... I need first a moment to realise what´s actually happenning here.
So Sonic´s going through his trauma from the past again and doesnt want let Silver (and the others) die like it happened to Tails, Knuckles (and Amy?). Then Scourge interrupts him. So far I get it. But what´s happening to Sonic after that ? We know that his eyes glow blue when he´s angry.
But is his hand melting or what? Wait, didnt the same thing happened when he fought against Metal Sonic in the hospital (in Issue 10 page 22-23) ? How did he even could... regain his hand? And is Sonic just crushing the "crystals" on Scourges neck like nothing ? So Scourge is now gonna lose his powers (Nicole gave him) and become that "undead" sceletton thing from Issue 10 right?
I´ve got so many questions now. Thanks for not blowing my mind this time because your Comic is way too awesome as always, Evan and I just need some time to sort my mind and realise what´s going on now. Like already said "confusion hurted the brain"

Yeah-- we've seen Sonic lose it like this before! He gets really scary when he loses his temper. As for the hand-melting, it's been shown that when Sonic touches Anarchy Beryl crystals it hurts him (and vice-versa, if Scourge were to try to handle Chaos Emeralds).

Oh my goosh... Thanks for answering me. It happens not so often that people answer my questions.
Now I see that Sonics hand starts melting again in the last panel when he grabs the Anarchy Beryl... so that´s those Crystals are called. But wait, it´s already happening in the Panel before it. So is his Hand melting because of the Beryl, if I got it right ? But Metal Sonic had no Anarchy Beryl with him when he fought against Sonic in Issue 10 in the Hospital. I still dont know why Sonics Hand melted then. And how he regained it ? So if Scourge touches the Chaos Emeralds his Hands will melt too like Sonics ? But Sonic doesnt seem to care about it at the Moment. You can also say that the Anarchy Beryl is something like an anti-form of the Emeralds? Because Scourge is Anti-Sonic from another dimension (I am not familiar with the (archie) Comics...so I dont know everything about the comic´s charecters)
And at last,but not at least, I wanted say 3 more things.
1. Congratulation to your Job at Sonic´s Archie Comics. If I had a similar job like yours. And for one of my favourite series... I would be sooo happy. I heared you invented a new charecter. Gold the Tenrec. I should definitly start reading the Sonic Comics.
2.1. I really LOVE your drawing stile. It´s so much better than Archies Comics drawing stile. I especially love that it looks so... 3D.
And the lights/ shadows... I wish I could draw like you, but sadly, I am not familiar with Photoshop/ Paint Tool SAI.
2.2 And your Story is awesome. The Thing with Shadow... so heart-breaking. I have always cried for him. The last 2 (or more specificly said 3 pages) were so unexprected. Since Issue 9 and especially since Issue 12 the story is getting with each Issue, every page even more interesting.
3. I dont know if you read my comment on the double-spread page 7-8 but I wanted say again: Thank you for the nice Birthday present. I was that day when it came out going on vacation (my grandfathers birthday) and only came yesterday evening back home.
But luckyly, I was able to get internet. So I could read it on that evening before my Birthday. And it was AWESOME. Thank you.

Head-canon for Scourge: The Genesis Wave hit as Scourge was hopping through a Warp Ring while he was enforcing his plans, his companions already through it so 'safe' in a manner of speaking. He fell between dimensions and kept falling past planes of existence, until ending up in the Ghost of the Future's Special Stages. He exists as a spirit because of the Chaos Energy involved trapping him in a psuedo-Chaos Control, timeless and unable to be affected by space, but conscious, able to act and affected by anything chaos-related, such as the Special Stage's crystals growing upon him and distorting his appearance.
But that's just me being silly.

Close-- I'm working with the headcanon that Moebius wasn't destroyed by the Super Genesis Wave, more that it was "pushed away" from Mobius Prime and that travel between the new multiverse created by the SGW and the old multiverse is no longer possible. But the GOTF-verse is part of the old multiverse. As to how Scourge ended up ghosted and what he's been up to, that'll be covered in the next couple of issues!

Perhaps what it is is that only worlds with Chaos Emerald equivalents survived the Genesis Wave (Chaos Emeralds, Anarchy Beryls, Sol Emeralds) and all others were wiped out. The Genesis Wave acted as a sort of explosion, so almost all remaining worlds were thrown about: Blaze's World just fell right back, nudged out of place but otherwise fine, while the rest were flung clear and later replaced with the new SEGA and Capcom Multiverses we see in the Worlds Unite event, assembled by the vacuum left behind, so to speak.
Meanwhile your Ghost of the Future Earth and Moebius are now outside of the multiverse and thus free of influence from Mobius Prime, while remaining linked by the broken remains of the Cosmic Highway. They still have echoes pinging about (NiCOLE, for example, as well as any other reference to the Archie comics you decide to add in) but are otherwise their own entities now.
