Ghosts of the Future, issue 15 page 16.My version of Club Rouge is based off of a real place called the Madonna Inn, which is 100% fabulous and amazing and you should really do yourself a favor and look up pictures. I toned it down considerably, and you can't tell that everything is HOT PINK. But it is. It definitely is.
Okida : And here I get back to making witty observations. Behold the page of tone whiplash. Look at Rouge's frozen face, then immediately look at Vector's face at the bottom. Then feel your emotions bounce like a yoyo.

GOTF is its own continuity-- I cherry-pick stuff I like from lots of different parts of the greater Sonic canon, and plug it into GOTF. The story takes place on Earth, following real-world events and geography as much as possible. The cast currently live in California's bay area. Club Rouge is in San Francisco.

So, going back to the past, Shadow managed to pull himself together enough to teleport everyone to safety once G.U.N. and all that other whatnot showed up.Β
Is it me, or is Shadow being put through the emotional ringer more than Sonic?Β I mean, you might think Sonic would be angsting more, since he's dead and all, but he's still so cheerful and Shadow keeps one-upping him somehow.Β

Wait San Francisco? Don't you mean Station Square??? I was always pretty sure that there weren't any real life cities in Sonic World only to be replaced by their parodies. Like Spagonia, Apotos, Holoska. Station Square would be San Francisco.

Yeah, I was a bit surprised about the location too hahaha. Because from my knowledge reading the comics, Mobius IS Earth, just several years in the future. San Francisco shouldn't really be a place in this timeline- unless it were from Sonic X (???) But that wouldn't make much sense if Shard and Nicole wereΒ in this universe- y'feel?

No buddy you're getting it wrong this universe is the universe from games 200 years later. Silver still lives on Earth.
Earth becomes Mobius only in the Pre-Super Genesis Wave Mutliverse. To my understanding Moebius somehow barely survived the Genesis Wave and is now interacting with the games universe. And "Shard" and Nicole are just their alternate versions from this universe. Here Nicole was created by Eggman and "Shard" was is a Metal Sonic with a part of Sonic's soul (at least I think that's how it works)
