It's difficult to figure out whether this is happening to her because of measures Robotnik took to prevent GOTF Sonic from just taking them or if something else is going on. I do like her attitude here. Before things got hairy, that is.
Wouldn't Zachary recognize Tikal? Yeah, she looks different, but if he was alive back when the echidnas were still living on the Floating Island, then he would have known about her if not known her personally.
